Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time, 7.5 hours per day)
Location: Gateway, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract

Schedule & Duration:

Start Date: December 9, 2026
End Date: End of ESY (Extended School Year) — with strong potential for extension
7.5 hours per day, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students across grade levels
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
Adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs

Qualifications:

Current Florida SLP license (required)
ASHA certification preferred
Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive pay based on experience
Bi-weekly payroll through agency

Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
