Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated ESL Instructor to provide language instruction and support for students in grades K–5. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging lessons that build English proficiency, foster academic growth, and support communication skills in a diverse classroom environment.
We are seeking a dedicated ESL Instructor to provide language instruction and support for students in grades K–5. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging lessons that build English proficiency, foster academic growth, and support communication skills in a diverse classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily ESL instruction aligned with student needs and program goals.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that support language acquisition and literacy.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to integrate ESL strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
- ESL certification or endorsement required.
- Experience working with elementary students in ESL settings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
