ESL Teacher – Full-Time
EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ESL Teacher to support K–8 students in Simpson, PA for the 2026–2027 school year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English language instruction appropriate for K–8 students.
- Support students in developing reading, writing, speaking, listening, and communication skills.
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, activities, and assessments.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and language proficiency levels.
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with school staff and other educators to support student success.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, ESL, TESOL, or a related field.
- Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification appropriate for the position.
- Experience working with English language learners preferred.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and instructional skills.
- Ability to support students with diverse academic and language-learning needs.
