We are seeking dedicated Instructional Aides to support classroom teachers and students in our school site at Fort Worth, TX. These full-time positions offer the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by assisting with instruction, classroom management, and individualized student support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering instructional activities.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
- Help maintain a positive and organized classroom environment.
- Support students with academic and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote student success.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred).
- Prior experience working with children in educational settings preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
