Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist to serve in a school setting in Hanover, MA. This is a full-time opportunity to support students and ensure continuity of care through the end of the current school year.
Schedule & Duration

Hours: Full-time (approximately 35–40 hours per week)

Duration: Through the end of the current school year
- Start Date: ASAP / Immediate need
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services based on IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed
Qualifications
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a substitute/coverage role
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist (OT) License (required)
Work Setting
- In-person services required
