Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist to support students across school settings in Lorain and Parma, OH. This role offers a consistent schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' development and success.
Schedule & Duration

Lorain, OH: Approximately 12 hours per week

Parma, OH: Approximately 20 hours per week

Total: ~32 hours per week

Duration: Through the end of the current school year

Extension: Potential renewal for the next school year
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services based on IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed
Qualifications
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families
Requirements
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) License (required)
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Work Setting

Preferred: In-person services (higher hourly rate offered)

Alternative: Virtual services may be considered for the current school year only
(Note: Virtual candidates are not eligible for extension into the next school year)
Travel Requirements
- Travel between assigned school locations in Lorain and Parma is required
- Mileage reimbursement is provided

Compensation: $56.95 - $60.80 per hour
